#WhyLoiter’s agenda is to create an awareness that women do and indeed should access the city for fun, without purpose.
Yesterday, we hosted a tweetchat and interacted with feminists on Twitter on loitering in Hyderabad. Hyderabadis responded with how they access public spaces in the city. We touched upon historical spaces, Irani cafes and parks in Hyderabad along with commenting about the lack of public-use toilets and issues with public transport. Hyderabadi women have spoken.
