October 11 is celebrated globally as International Day of The Girl Child. This year’s theme by the UN is Girls’ Progress = Goals’ Progress: What Counts for Girls.

When we invest in girls’ health, safety, education and rights – in times of peace and crisis – we empower them to reach for their dreams and build better lives for themselves and their communities.

To initiate a discussion, Feminism in India and Laadli Population Fund came together to conduct a tweet-chat on Adolescence and Sexuality. The tweet-chat was extremely intensive so much so that in end it was becoming difficult to follow the questions on a thread.
