I have also been through similar issues and in my case it was infact my mother who kept saying that I should wear cotton ones and that would be tight enough to make my breasts look smaller. I kinda dont feel confident while dancing or while doing sports anymore as I feel super conscious of my breasts moving around. I wish to love myself more.
