Lana(She/They) is a queer Journalist, Screenwriter, and Documentary filmmaker from Patna, Bihar currently operating from Bombay.

She has directed short docs with social impact for Qualcomm Global, Bill and Melinda gates foundation among others. She is currently directing her first feature length documentary. Her fiction shows are streaming on Discovery + and Amazon minitv.

She has been published with Vice India and South Asia Today. Her journey as a digital correspondent touched up on the Famers protest in Delhi in 2020, the Anti CAA NRC movement for portals like TRT News, Pluc TV, and The Gritnews.
