We take a broader view of workplace safety than the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, recognising that safety is a concern not only for women but also for all non-binary individuals and gender minorities.

This video is a brief history of the activism and laws in place to combat sexual harassment at the workplace, from the Bhanwari Devi Case in 1992 to the current Sexual Harassment At The Workplace Act 2013.
