Malabika Dhar is a media and communications professional with over a decade of experience in journalism, digital media, and the education sector. She has worked for several years as an educator in a low-income school in Bihar. Malabika’s work focuses on amplifying marginalised voices through impactful storytelling, and her work lies at the intersection of health, education, and social justice, with a strong commitment to inclusive and rights-based narratives. She has worked with organisations such as Youth Ki Awaaz and Prison Aid + Action Research (PAAR). She is also a recipient of the UNFPA Laadli Media Award and a Laadli Media Fellow.
