We are looking for passionate folks to join our team as Career Strategists InternAce My Prep’s CS Interns are student-rst CS Interns and are responsible for maintaining relationships with the students & eventually taking them through our premium servicing journey. TheCS Internsserve as the primary contact for the student and are responsible for student satisfaction and overall student happiness. She/he is expected to consistently provide excellent advice to students and get through the servicing funnel. TheCS Interns will also be expected to lead the overall servicing vertical of the business by working closely on new experiments, R & D, & the product to overall further strengthen the servicing cycle of the company. They are expected to assist his/her students throughout their study abroad journey, from shortlisting universities to profile strengthening to making sure they get an admit from their dream university!

Responsibilities

  • Take complete ownership for the students – including onboarding the student profile, making them understand the process, detailed counselling, profile strengthening and admissions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the entire study abroad admissions process and application cycle for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Germany etc.
  • Develop a strong built relationship with students as a mentor for the entire process.
  • Build and review the progress of every student application on an ongoing basis to understand the stage of the student and next steps.
  • Building cross-discipline relationships in the organisation, partnering closely with the BDMs, Marketing, Admissions and VISA.
  • Ensure top quality admission work like Essays, SOPs and documents.
  • Counsel students regarding post admission services like career planning, accommodations and part time jobs.
  • Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation, and preparing students for their studies overseas.

Requirements

  • Customer-centric approach
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
  • Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during phone conversations.
  • Should be Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
  • Should have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and others from diverse social backgrounds.
  • Should have the ability to understand the international business market
  • Must be dynamic, ambitious, and honest
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Must have Sound judgement
  • Ready to create a massive and direct impact in lives across the globe
