Key Accountabilities
- Supporting the management and coordination of regular HR data reports and dashboards, delivering accurate and timely data to key stakeholders
- Taking responsibility for data management, team co-ordination and processing required for balanced HR scorecard reporting to track key people metrics
- Conducting ad hoc HR analysis independently and sharing output and recommendations with the business
- Safeguarding IHG’s data by implementing the relevant data protection policies
- Support and upskill BU HR teams to understand and use HR data to the greatest effect
- Dealing with ad-hoc HR data/report requests and queries
- Managing manual datasets across the region
- Continually reviewing and improving HR data processes
- Upskilling self in analytical software and tools
Key Shared Accountabilities
- Working with teams to deliver regular and accurate HR information to leaders in a timely manner
- Working with analytics manager to improve data management and reporting processes
Critical Expertise & Experience:
- You have a solid understanding of Excel
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau
- Keen to get experience of and upskill yourself on other analytics tools
- You are self-motivated and pro-active in your approach to tasks
- You are highly organised and plan your time
- You are interested in analytics and data and the value it can bring to IHG
- You enjoy getting stuck in detail and data analysis
- You want to work as part of a great team but are also happy getting things done independently.
