About the Role
Location: Offline (GB road)

Duration: 4 months
Nature of work: Pro Bono (volunteer) Time commitment: 6-8 hours weekly

Role & Responsibilities
– Collect data for documentation and application of the project on the field in GB road
– Survey areas across GB road and establish trust and connect with community
– Ensure the implementation of Project Pehchaan in an end-to-end format for all the
beneficiaries
– Train community leaders and didis to lead the field and gain technical skills
– Strategies ways to implementation of project based on on-field realities

Skills & Desired Qualities
– Excellent written and oral language and communication skills
– Fervently passionate for the rights of sex workers
– Determinant, strong headed and fiery candidates who are ready to fight the system for
our stakeholders
– Are able to work on-field in difficult landscapes of high risk communities
– Resilience and determination

Learning outcomes
– Certificate of completion at the end of tenure
– Letter of recommendation based on performance
– Work in a unique NGO space, that benefits its stakeholders first hand
– Rare experience of working in high risk zone.
