6 months to 1 year
● Providing support in the Organizational Development unit of the HR Department
● Providing support in HR Systems, Policies and Processes
● Maintenance of HR related trackers
● Ensuring smooth Pre-joining, Onboarding and holistic Talent Management processes
● Coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring the job descriptions are drafted for all roles within the organisation.
● Support in Employee Grievances through multiple platforms
● Impeccable written and spoken English communication skills
