The flagship Lumiere Research Scholar program allows students to work directly with a PhD student on the development of independent research, explore areas of interest beyond the classroom, and get a step ahead for college and grad school. The company’s research mentors represent the very pinnacle of their field, including Rhodes Scholars, Stanford PhDs, and researchers whose work has been cited in publications like the Economist & BBC. Lumiere also runs a non-profit foundation, the Lumiere Research Inclusion Foundation which is focused on providing research opportunities for low-income students.

About the Founders

As part of the position, you’ll work with the founders. Stephen Turban is a McKinsey & Company alum, a Harvard College graduate, and a former PhD student at Harvard Business School. Dhruva Bhat is a graduate of Harvard College, a Rhodes Scholar, and a PhD student at Oxford University.

About the position

We are looking to collaborate with stellar content writers on a pay-per-piece basis.

Our blog covers high-quality content on opportunities for high school students looking to get into top colleges in the US and UK. We cover opportunities such as research programs, internships, and extracurricular activities. The content is North America focused. You will collaborate with our marketing team. The work hours are flexible and work is remote.

Qualifications

– Excellent written English, preferably able to write at the level of our best bloggers and editors.
– A knowledge of SEO-friendly writing s an added bonus.
