The Corporate services Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members.
  • Manage and maintain schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of company events and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.
  • Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
