Roles and Responsibilities

  • Specialist, Talent AcquisitionWhat does The Role demand?:-

Own the full-cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent-

Closely collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination-

Ensure 100% staffing as per the agreed Demand Sheet (Technology & Non Technology)-

Enhance the portal utilization by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates-

Enhance employee referral programs-

Compensation negotiation as per the recruitment guidelines set in the organization-

Ensure 100% on-boarding of team members by liaising with HRBP/HR Admin-

Prepare monthly Recruitment Scorecard-

Responsible for External Employer Branding-

Managing Recruitment Partners

  • Empanelment and performance monitoringWho would make a good candidate?:-

4-6 years of Experience in Talent Acquisition

  • Experience with both Technology and Non Tech roles is Mandatory-

Experience working with a startup would be desirable

  • Strong negotiation skills-

Graduate or post-graduate in any discipline-
