Pinkishe Foundation is thrilled to extend a special opportunity exclusively to female candidates living in and around Noida/Greater Noida who possess a passion for community engagement and social work. This role offers a chance to become a Menstrual Health Educator, facilitating comprehensive menstrual health education and training across rural schools and villages in Delhi NCR. If you are enthusiastic about empowering rural women, schoolgirls, and communities with knowledge about menstrual health & hygiene, we invite you to embark on this fulfilling journey with us.


Responsibilities

1. Conducting Menstrual Health Education Workshop:
– Build relationships and collaborate with local partners and stakeholders in the villages to ensure the effective implementation of Menstrual Health and hygiene practices in villages.
– Conduct interactive and informative sessions on menstrual health & hygiene in rural schools and villages.
– Utilize age-appropriate teaching methods and materials to engage students, women, and community members.
– Address myths, taboos, and misconceptions around menstruation, fostering a positive and open dialogue.
– Train local stakeholders to continue spreading awareness in their respective communities.
– Offer guidance on proper sanitary product usage and disposal.
– Distribute Sanitary Pads on a regular basis in identified schools

2. Reporting and Documentation:‍
– Maintain accurate records of sessions conducted, participants reached, and feedback received.
– Submit regular reports to the organization outlining progress, challenges, and recommendations.

Who Can Apply
Candidates having:

– Minimum graduation degree in any field. A degree in Social Work (MSW) or experience in teaching is a plus.
– Fluency in both, spoken Hindi and English for effective communication.
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse audiences with sensitivity and empathy.
– Passion for women’s health and well-being, with a genuine interest in menstrual hygiene education.
– Comfortable with fieldwork and visiting rural schools and villages almost daily.
– Possession of a personal two-wheeler is mandatory for transportation to remote areas.

Also, residents of a specific geography/location for which they are applying would be preferred.
