ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop engaging, creative and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- Oversee social media account management across all platforms for Social Lens
- Handle the social media calendar for all platforms and ensure regular social media updates
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Assist the organization in identifying appropriate social media channels for specific business needs and tailor the campaign for the target audience
- Research about emerging social media engagement trends at the global and national level
COMPETENCIES
- Prior relevant experience is preferred
- Proficient in Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Canva and GSuite
- Proficient in social media data analytics
- Content creation and research for content creation
- Ability to multi-task and work in tight deadlines
PREFERRED
- A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media/English Literature/Journalism or any other field relevant to communications
- Possessing working knowledge of social media platforms and Canva
- Fluent in written and spoken English
They will be reporting to the CEO & MD.
CTC: 4.8 – 6 lakhs INR (Based on prior experience)
