    They are currently looking for a program manager to help manage, coordinate, and monitor the execution of sumunum’s arts programmes. you will work closely with the founders and our internal teams to ensure that sumunum translates its expertise, objectives, and vision into effective arts programming and engagement across various stakeholder channels.

    Your job responsibilities will include:

    • coordinating and managing arts programmes, trainings, performances and public engagements
    • liaising and networking directly with internal and external stakeholders—artists, trainees, partners, funders, government, clients, and the community—as required
    • working with the founders and programme teams to establish goals and workflows, and to monitor progress and recommend strategies to meet set timelines
    • creating an internal dashboard and metrics for tracking progress and outcomes
    • following up on any other administrative / management related tasks that may be required

    They are looking for:

    • a graduate degree in arts / humanities /social sciences
    • experience managing projects and engagements in the arts space
    • excellent time management, prioritization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
    • ability to drive outcome-oriented plans by working extensively with the team, target audience, and our partners
    • being curious, energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated!

    Additionally, it’s a bonus if you have:

    • an interest in psychology / mental health / health / the arts
