Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, CV databases, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and the internal application tracking system
  • Proactively research and generate new/creative sourcing ideas
  • Sourcing, engaging and presenting top talent either on a role-specific basis or as part of a wider strategic project/pipe lining exercise
  • Execute sourcing via existing and emerging channels including pro-actively developing leads
  • Build and grow strong talent pools of passive candidates who have relevant skills for the specific business unit whilst keeping up to date with market trends and analysis
  • Review and phone screen candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Provide appropriate business reports and trends analysis as necessary
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain close contact with regional TA Specialists to ensure they are kept up to date on progress and sourcing strategy
  • Builds and designs Talent Mapping / Market Mapping as and when it is needed
  • Manage administrative requirements to fill positions, including updating applicant tracking system and spreadsheet reports as required

About You

  • At least 1 year of experience in the field of recruitment (with Agency background is an advantage)
  • Good English communication
  • Proactively provide up-to-date market information and recruiting practices.
  • Has knowledge on all facets of sourcing strategies from digital and social media resources, head-hunting and other sourcing techniques.
  • Able to work in a diverse and dynamic environment, adaptable and flexible in approach with dealing with stakeholders.
