  • Fresher from Tier 2 college or experience in dealing with B2B clients for about 1 to 2 years.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls/queries over the phone/chat/ email and respond on a timely basis
  • Develops Healthy Customer Relationships.
  • Regular follow-ups with the clients.
  • Good understanding of MS word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
