- Any Graduate/master with excellent communication skills.
- Fresher from Tier 2 college or experience in dealing with B2B clients for about 1 to 2 years.
- Ability to handle multiple calls/queries over the phone/chat/ email and respond on a timely basis
- Develops Healthy Customer Relationships.
- Regular follow-ups with the clients.
- Good understanding of MS word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
