ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Working with multiple stakeholders, clients and vendors

to coordinate, execute and oversee Project management

related deliverables.

 Liaising between Trainers and internal team to ensure the

smooth functioning of scheduled projects& deliverables.

 Assigning accurate trainer for the requirement basis the

trainer’s ability like experience, Subject Matter Expert,

budget etc.

 Upskilling of each trainer on the subject/topics they are

delivering the session on.

 Ensuring the project execution/ intervention execution is

flawless and keeping a close eye on every project being

serviced.

 Empaneling new trainers on the basis of their expertise

and passion of being a freelance trainer.

SKILLS

 An impeccable command over written and spoken English.

 Must possess the ability to converse, handle and operate with

internal/external stakeholders, trainers, clients and vendors.

 Attention to detail, research and analysis oriented.

 Ability to train and upskill senior trainers and display

industry based expertise.

 Must possess computer literacy and knowledge of MS

Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).

WORKING DAYS

5 DAYS (MONDAY-FRIDAY)

WORK TIMINGS :

9.30AM – 6.30 PM
