Consulting Leadership
- Drive, plan and execute the next phase of organizational growth and team building for our successful and esteemed consulting arm.
- Monitor and optimize workflows, resource allocation, and team efficiency to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of consulting engagements.
- Provide strategic thought leadership to prospective, existing clients, and the life sciences industry to strengthen Viscadia’s market position.
- Oversee end-to-end execution across multiple client engagements for the consulting and innovation arms, including scoping, costing, and resource optimization.
- Oversee performance management, development planning, talent planning, retention and succession planning to ensure the growth and sustainability of the team.
- Partner with Corporate Finance to recommend and finalize merit increases, performance bonuses, and long-term incentive allocations based on individual and company performance.
- Overseeing transparent and fair promotion and recognition programs.
- Drive and support the innovation and enhancement of existing and new services and products.
Operations Leadership
- Oversee all aspects of the India office, including strategic planning, execution, and management of risks and opportunities.
- Uphold Viscadia’s core values R.I.S.E – Resilience, Innovation, Shared Success, and Excellence – ensuring they are embedded in the team’s day-to-day operations.
- Oversee and collaborate with administrative functions within the India office: Human Resources-India, Finance- India and others.
- Manage local vendor partners in information technology, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
- Promote and enhance cross-country and cross-department collaboration and knowledge sharing to foster global efficiency and effectiveness within working teams.
- Partner with Human Resources on annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. Provide guidance, ensure execution, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Partner with Human Resources to plan key organizational events (i.e. Townhall, AHM).
- Other relevant duties and projects as assigned.
