Job Description

This is a remote position.

  • Manage a multitude of administrative tasks for the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for all new hires. This includes, but is not limited to, data entry, HR setup, organizing equipment delivery, calendar scheduling, and setting up new accounts
  • Continue to innovate and streamline the pre-onboarding and onboarding process to ensure a first-in-class, seamless experience for new hires and managers
  • Support new hires throughout their onboarding process as their point person
  • Help collect and analyze employee feedback to continue to improve the employee experience
  • Work cross-functionally with future teammates using virtual tools and systems
  • Watching over and responding to GreyTHR (Case Management tool) cases.
  • Responsible for Onboarding to Exit process
  • Tracking Attendance and LMS
  • Helping the finance team with Payroll Inputs
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy, communicating effectively, and delivering seamless service & support

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in HR Operations or similar role.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on the candidate and employee experience
  • Operational excellence with an emphasis on producing high-quality results
  • Effectiveness at problem-solving, process improvement, and providing a positive impact on the employee experience: strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator, problem-solver, team member, and results-oriented individual
  • Well-organized with the capability to work in a large-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet assigned target dates.
  • Hands-on experience working on processing payrolls
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with HR systems (GreytHR tool is a plus) and Basecamp will be an advantage
