Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production and execution of news and news shows, ensuring high-quality content delivery.
- Create and compile content for assigned shows, including cutting graphics, selecting sound bites, and incorporating other key elements as per editorial requirements.
- Coordinate with multiple teams such as reporters, research desk, guest coordination, assignment desk, PCR, video editing, and online graphics to put together different elements of a show.
- Develop and review rundowns for assigned shows, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to editorial standards.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of experience in broadcast journalism.
- Strong understanding of news programming
- Awareness about the current economy and geopolitical scenario.
- Ability to multitask and manage real-time updates in a fast-paced newsroom environment.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work across multiple teams.
- Proficiency in news production tools and an eye for compelling storytelling.
